Cancellation Policy

Introduction
This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which customers may cancel their orders or subscriptions with Blueweight Biotech LLP (hereinafter referred to as “Company”). By placing an order or subscribing to our services, you agree to adhere to the guidelines stated in this policy.

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation Before Order Processing

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.

  • To cancel your order, contact us via email at info@blueweight.com or call our customer support.

  • Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email and a full refund will be initiated as per the refund policy.

1.2 Cancellation After Order Processing

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return or replacement as per our Return Policy.

 

2. Subscription Cancellation

2.1 Cancellation of Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.

  • To cancel a subscription, please log in to your account or contact our customer support team at info@blueweight.com.

2.2 Refunds for Subscription Cancellation

  • No refunds will be provided for the current billing period after the subscription is cancelled. The subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

 

3. Exceptions to Cancellation

Cancellation requests will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Products that are perishable or have been opened.

  • Services or products that have already been delivered or utilized.

 

4. Refund for Canceled Orders

4.1 Refund Timeline

  • Refunds for eligible canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

  • The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase.

4.2 Deduction of Fees

  • If applicable, shipping, handling, or administrative fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

 

5. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation:

  2. Provide your order ID, contact information, and reason for cancellation.

  3. Await confirmation from our support team regarding the status of your cancellation request.

 

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes regarding cancellations, customers may refer the issue to our Customer Support Desk at info@blueweight.com. If unresolved, disputes will follow the procedure outlined in our Privacy Policy under the Disputes and Jurisdiction section.
