What are the delivery charges?

 

Delivery charges may vary based on:

  • The seller’s shipping policy (if applicable)

 

We strive to keep shipping costs minimal. Exact charges, if any, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

 

For select orders above ₹500, shipping may be free. For orders below ₹500, a standard delivery fee may apply (typically ₹40 per item).

Why does the delivery date differ from the estimated timeline?

 

Delivery timelines are estimates. Occasionally, holidays or logistics issues may cause a delay. If the estimated delivery falls on a Sunday or public holiday, your order may arrive a day later.

What is the estimated delivery time?

 

Delivery timelines depend on several factors:

 

  • The seller or warehouse location

  • Product availability

  • Your delivery pincode

  • The efficiency of the assigned courier partner

 

Most products are shipped within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

 

Are there any hidden costs (taxes, duties, etc.)?

 

No. There are no hidden charges. The price shown on the product page is the final price — including all taxes. Delivery charges, if applicable, are clearly indicated during checkout.


Why does estimated delivery vary for different sellers or products?

 

Each product may be fulfilled from a different warehouse or seller. Factors like stock availability, seller location, and your address can influence delivery timelines.

Will Blueweight ship to my location?

 

Please enter your pincode on the product page to check if delivery is available to your area.

 

Shipping service availability depends on:

 

  • Seller’s shipping coverage

  • Legal or regulatory restrictions

  • Courier partner coverage in your area

 

Some areas may be non-serviceable due to logistical or policy constraints.


Why is Cash on Delivery (CoD) not available in my area?

 

CoD availability depends on:

 

  • Courier partner policies

  • Cash limits for the delivery address

  • Order value

How do I return a product?

 

To initiate a return, contact our support team. We’ll arrange a reverse pickup where possible. In some cases, you may need to return the item using a third-party courier. Return shipping costs are usually borne by Blueweight if the issue is due to a defect or error on our end.

I received a delivery confirmation but not the product. What should I do?

 

If you received a delivery confirmation but didn’t get the item, contact us within 7 days of the confirmation. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly


What do the availability tags mean?

 

  • In Stock – Product is ready for dispatch and will be shipped based on your location.

  • Available – Product will be sourced upon order; delivery time may be slightly longer.

  • Preorder – Product is yet to release; it will ship on the launch date.

  • Out of Stock – Product is currently unavailable.

  • Imported – Product ships from overseas; delivery may take 10+ days.

  • Back In Stock Soon – Item is temporarily unavailable but expected soon.

  • Temporarily Unavailable – Product is sold out with no immediate restock date.

  • Permanently Discontinued / Out of Print – Product is no longer sold or produced.


Does Blueweight deliver internationally?

 

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders must be delivered to addresses within India. However, customers abroad may purchase using international cards, provided the shipping address is within India.
