1. Returns

 

You can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery if:

 

  • You received a defective or damaged item.

  • The product is different from what was described on the website.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and accessories.

 

Exceptions: Certain items may not be eligible for return due to their nature. These include:

 

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Digital products or subscriptions

2. Refunds

 

Once your return is picked up and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved:

 

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery, we will initiate a refund via bank transfer or wallet credit (where applicable).

 

Note: Shipping charges, if any, may not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.

 

3. Cancellations

 

You can cancel an order before it is shipped. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.

 

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
