Refund and Return Policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and terms of use for access or usage of the domain name www.blueweight.com (the “Website/App”) and should be read along with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy displayed on the Website.

 

We only accept return, refund and cancellation requests that are made in accordance with this Policy. We are not obligated to allow any other cancellations, exchanges, or refund any other payment, except in accordance with our policies.

 

Once a business/individual/client/customer has purchased any service from us, they may choose to have the service cancelled and/or get a refund. The terms and conditions for refunds and cancellation are enunciated herein.

 

No exchange of products shall be allowed on the website.

 

Returns shall only be accepted in the event of physical damage or leakage of the product shipped. However, such return requests shall be made within 20 days from the date of purchase, failing which no return requests shall be entertained.

 

Refunds shall only be processed when the detailed photographs of the leaked/damage items are sent to info@blueweight.com. Full refund shall be issued only when the product has physical damage in such a way that it is no longer usable. 


For return of products the user shall select their nearest transport service that can ship goods to Vijayawada. Shipping costs for such returns shall be on a 'To Pay Basis' and Blueweight shall pay for the same.


All refunds approved by Blueweight shall be refunded to the bank account of the user, which was used to make the initial payment and such refund shall be processed with 3-5 working days from when the refund request has been approved by Blueweight.

 

No other return, exchange or refund requests shall be entertained.
