Return and Refund Policy

This policy is published by Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which mandates the publication of rules, regulations, privacy policies, and terms of use for access to or usage of the domain name www.blueweight.com (the “Website/App”). This policy should be read in conjunction with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy displayed on the Website.

We strictly adhere to the guidelines outlined in this policy for accepting return, refund, and cancellation requests. Any other cancellations, exchanges, or refunds not covered under this policy will not be entertained.

1. Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    Returns will only be accepted if the product is physically damaged or leaking upon delivery.

    • Return requests must be submitted within 20 days from the date of purchase.

    • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

  • Process for Returns:

    • Customers must provide detailed photographs of the damaged or leaking items by emailing info@blueweight.com.

    • Approved returns must be shipped using the nearest transport service to Vijayawada.

    • Shipping costs will be on a "To Pay Basis", and Blueweight will cover the shipping charges upon receipt of the returned item.

 

2. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds:
    Refunds will be processed only if the product has significant physical damage rendering it unusable.

  • Process for Refunds:

    • Submit clear photographs of the damaged product to info@blueweight.com for assessment.

    • Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method (the bank account used for the purchase).

  • Timeline for Refunds:

    • Refunds will be initiated within 3-5 working days from the approval of the refund request.

 

3. Exchange Policy

  • No exchanges of products will be permitted under any circumstances.

 

4. General Terms

  • Only return, refund, and cancellation requests that comply with this policy will be entertained.

  • Blueweight reserves the right to reject any requests that do not meet the outlined criteria.
